Orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business day. (Please note that business days do not include: Saturday, Sunday or Official Holidays.) Once your order is processed you will receive a tracking number. You can track your order with the number provided for real time updates.
Shipping hours are Monday-Friday from 9AM until 5PM CST
If inaccurate or incomplete address information is provided, it may delay processing. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to prevent any possible delays.
Returns
At It’s Indian Hair, we maintain an extremely high level of quality assurance. All of our hair is prepared and professionally packaged. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping.
All sales are final. There are no returns or exchanges permitted.
